Lead and manage the inside sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance and effectiveness.
Develop and implement inside sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Establish and maintain sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management, to ensure efficient and effective sales operations.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align inside sales efforts with overall business objectives and initiatives.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to senior management to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and alliances, to expand market reach and increase sales revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, understanding their needs and requirements to deliver tailored solutions and drive customer satisfaction.
