Designation: Executive, Senior Executive, Officer

No of Openings: 05

No. of years of experience: 1 to 5 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sourcing right candidates through Internal Database, Job Portals, Advertisements, Headhunting, Networking and Employee Referrals
• Should have experience into Non IT recruitment from BPO background
• Preferred Lateral hiring experience
• Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
• Mandate Lateral Hiring experience for supervisory levels like Tl, Sr. TL, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Manager along with Quality Analyst, Trainers, team coach.
• Requirements on which we work are Support roles like F&A (r2r, p2p, o2c), Transition, Lean six sigma Quality process excellence, US Healthcare operations.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants abilities.
• Experience negotiating compensation and bring closure of a potential applicant
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Willing to work on tight deadlines

Job Qualifications:

• Must be a Graduate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong desire to self-learn
• Comfortable with high-speed working

Working days: 6 days (Saturday flexible working hours).

Work mode: Work from Office

Shift timings: 10:30 am to 7:45 pm (flexible shifts)

Location: Ghansoli (Navi Mumbai)

Walk-in drive Date: 11th to 18th October 2024

Walk-in Interview Timings: 12pm to 8 pm
