WORK BRIEF:
A Customer Support Associate in this role deals with resolving customer queries for various process related tasks. The associate provides appropriate solutions to the customer while providing a high level of customer service and accurate information.
Designation : Senior Customer Support Associate
Location : Navalur, Chennai
Shift Time : Flexible to work in Night Shift (5.30 PM to 3.30 AM)
Cab Boundary Limit : Drop Cab (Upto 30 Kms)
Work Set-up : Work from Office
Essential Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of using MS office basic applications like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Notes, etc.
Essential Skills:
- Min 1 Year of experience in any US Voice healthcare process
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts from office
- Preferably worked in Customer Support Voice/Email/Chat process & Inbound calling
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
- B Com/BCA/BA/BAF/BBI/BBM/BMS/BSC courses ONLY
- BE/BTech/PG/Pursuing NOT Accepted for this role.
