Must Have
- Graduate in any stream with minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in end-to-end Recruitment across Americas/ Europe/APAC locations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with the candidates and colleague.
- Strong experience in sourcing profiles from job portals (such as Dice/ Monster, LinkedIn etc.) Internet search engines and other free websites.
- Should have good knowledge on recruitment Metrics.
- Willingness to work in night shift.
- Results and deadline driven.
- Proven expertise in customer
relationship management; strong consultative skills.
- Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.).
- Ability to multi-task and meet aggressive recruitment targets within defined timelines.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)
Description:
Full life cycle recruitment services for fulfilling Fulltime/ Permanent positions across Americas/ Europe/ APAC locations.
- Position requires close interaction with Client recruiters for gathering, understanding, and prioritizing job description
s, screening profiles, scheduling/ coordinating interviews, gathering feedback and other post interview processes. - Utilizing job portals, internal database, internet search engines/ websites to search and review resumes.
- Screening candidates to evaluate interest fitment for the given position and submitting qualified profiles to the panelist within prescribed timelines for further evaluation.
- Scheduling candidates for face to face/ telephonic interview events; establishing close contact with candidates to ensure participation in interview events.
- Working closely with associated team members to initiate post interview process.
- Constructing resume database to maintain a healthy pipeline of profiles for quick reference and closure.
- Should be able to innovate and implement techniques for effective sourcing and screening of profiles in quick possible time.
- Cater to enhancing candidate experience through the recruitment cycle.
- Must have experience in front ending clients on individual basis.
- Support candidate sourcing/ screening and offer process.
- Participate in related programs and process improvement projects as needed.
- Achieve high levels of internal customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring teams performance against the agreed SLAs.
- Escalation Management, Candidate management to ensure a positive experience.
