We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled GCP Lead Architect to lead our cloud infrastructure projects and drive the migration and modernization of our systems using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience and technical expertise in GCP services, cloud architecture, and project management.

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of GCP-based infrastructure projects



• Collaborate with IT, development, and operations teams to integrate cloud strategies and architecture



• Strategically lead the migration of organizational data and applications from legacy systems to GCP



• Design and oversee GCP cloud solutions architecture ensuring robustness, scalability, and business alignment



• Spearhead GCP services migration/modernization initiatives to enhance system performance and operations



• Manage a team of GCP architects and engineers, providing guidance and support in project roles



• Provide hands-on support in pre-sales solutioning, estimation models, and proposal defense



• Ensure minimal disruption during legacy system transitions



• Coordinate multiple projects while leading diverse teams



• Maintain stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout project lifecycles

• Overall experience of 20+ years with practice management expertise



• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or System Engineering



• Extensive leadership experience with proficiency in GCP, system engineering, migration, and modernization strategies



• Proficiency with GCP services including IaC (Terraform), GCP DevOps, and other PaaS/IaaS solutions



• Knowledge in legacy system migration and cloud modernization techniques



• Track record of managing large-scale migration projects



• Capability to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously



• Exceptional analytical skills and resilience in high-pressure situations



• Superior interpersonal and communication skills



• Skills in leading diverse teams and stakeholder management
