We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Solution Architect to lead and design robust Salesforce solutions for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations . This role will drive architectural decisions, align solutions with business goals, and ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
- Architect scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design data models, user interfaces, workflows, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.
- Provide guidance on Salesforce configurations, custom development (Apex, Lightning Web Components), and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Review and optimize Salesforce performance, security, and scalability.
- Mentor development teams, conduct design/code reviews, and enforce coding best practices.
- Lead deployment processes and oversee DevOps frameworks for Salesforce.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 4 years as a Salesforce Solution Architect .
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies: Apex, Visualforce, LWC , and integrations.
- Certifications: Salesforce Application/System Architect (or working toward CTA).
- Experience with CI/CD tools , Salesforce DevOps, and version control systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
