Detailed Requirements:
12 to 15 years of relevant experience in HCM Applications with at least 5 to 8 end-to-end implementations that includes at least 3 projects in a Technical Architect capacity.
In-depth understanding of Data Model and Business process functionality and its data flow) in HCM Cloud application and Oracle EBS / PeopleSoft AU (HRMS).
Expert knowledge & working experience in HCM Cloud Conversions, integrations, Reporting.
Strong working experience in Fusion technologies like HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports.
