INSTRUCTIONS: Please share your updated resume with the below details before coming for the interview: Total Experience - Experience in recruitment - Current CTC - Expected CTC - Notice period - Flexible in timings and Weekends - Current location in Bangalore - Job Description: Experience: 6-10 Years of relevant IT End to End Recruitment experience Job Location: Bangalore Position: Contract (1 Year) Notice Period- Immediate Hybrid Working - Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays (Mandatory) Requirements Any Degree (Regular education only) 6-9 years of relevant experience in end to end IT recruitment and having experience in volume hiring Very Good communication skills Ability to adapt to changes in process and priorities Should be good MIS (Excel, VLOOKUP/Pivots) Infrastructure hiring would be added advantage Responsibilities Understand position requirements and collaborate on the build-out sourcing plans Independently develop and maintain candidate flow, supporting a variety of job families Source candidates through a variety of search resources (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, company targets, etc.) You will use your talent sourcing/research skills to build talent pipelines Stay abreast of candidate sourcing best practices and share improvement recommendations with recruiting team members.
