Job Title: Manager / Assistant Manager - Finance

Location: Tiruchirappalli On-site

Shift: 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST

Required Skills:

• CA (Chartered Accountant) or CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) (Mandatory)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Expertise in using accounting software and financial tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other financial modeling tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.

Qualifications:

• CA (Chartered Accountant) or CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) (Mandatory)
• 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate finance or accounting environment.
• Expertise in Costing, Accounting Controls & Procedures, Audit and Final Accounts Management, Direct & Indirect Tax Management.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws
