Position Overview:
Are you a financial professional with a passion for analysis and a desire to make a real impact? We are looking for an FP&A Manager to join our finance team. In this role, youll take a hands-on approach to financial planning and analysis, collaborating closely with business leaders to guide the organizations financial health. Youll be responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while providing actionable insights to support key decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Budgeting:
  Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, working with department leaders to develop accurate financial plans. Monitor budget variances and provide analysis to ensure financial targets are met.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting:
  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and trends. Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling to drive data-driven business decisions.
• Strategic Decision Support:
  Support strategic initiatives by evaluating investment opportunities, conducting ROI analysis, and developing business cases. Provide financial insights to guide senior management in decision-making.
• Business Partnership:
  Work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsincluding Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operationsto create financial forecasts and align financial planning with business objectives.
• Financial Modeling:
  Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, strategic initiatives, and investment decisions. Ensure models are accurate, well-documented, and reflective of key business assumptions.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and reporting to increase efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices in financial planning and analysis.

• Detail-Oriented Analyst:
  You have a keen eye for detail and are comfortable diving deep into financial data to extract insights. Your analytical skills enable you to make sound recommendations.
• Collaborative Partner:
  You enjoy working across teams, building relationships, and fostering collaboration to achieve shared goals.
• Effective Communicator:
  You have the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, concise insights that can be easily understood by stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
• Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
